5/16 Home Bout: Bomb Squad vs Naptown

posted in: News and Happenings | 0

The Fort Wayne Bomb Squad is gearing up for an intense rematch this Saturday against the Naptown Roller Girls from Indianapolis! The game will be held Saturday, May 16 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, with the first whistle at 7pm sharp.

These two teams last met in early March, with the Bomb Squad falling to Naptown 178-112 after a hard-fought battle. But the Bomb Squad has stayed focused on the goal, and they’re ready to take on Naptown once again in hopes of a hometown win!

Tickets are $12 at the Coliseum Box Office. Discounted tickets are available for children, seniors, college students, and military. Children 5 and under receive free admission. All bouts are family-friendly events!

Doors open at 4:30pm so our fans can watch the men’s team from Indianapolis, the Race City Rebels, take on Sioux City at 5:30pm.

Partial proceeds from the night will benefit Turnstone, a nonprofit organization that provides support and programs for disabled individuals.

Directly after the event, stop by Wrigley Field Bar and Grill on E. State Boulevard to help the Fort Wayne Derby Girls continue to celebrate their tenth season. Everyone 21+ is welcome to attend the after-party to meet and mingle with both returning and new Fort Wayne Derby Girl skaters.
